| JOB DESCRIPTION : | ● Maintain and Disseminate Integrated Knowledge Resources needed for the Organization ● Provide Reference Services, selective Dissemination and ready reference services to users ● Develop and maintain e-library/Automation ● Promotes collection through online exhibits, publications, presentations, instructional sessions, and other outreach activities ● Advises and assists researchers in the use of archival materials in research activities, interprets requirements and consults on archival information ● Serve as custodian of all knowledge resources acquired as part of the organization assets ● Ensure that relevant technological advances in knowledge management and Library services are integrated in a cost-effective manner to support all the above ● Identify holes or missing information and coordinate with the appropriate teams to acquire data ● Compile and maintain a detailed content inventory and indexing approach to assist with resurfacing, collection creation, archiving, and retrieving activities. |

| Key Skills & Competencies: | ●Ability to maintain accurate databases and generate reports/MIS as required ● Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills for handling large volumes of data and records ● Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ● Basic knowledge of research documentation and technical reference management ● Good communication and coordination skills to interact with internal departments and users ● Ability to support knowledge management initiatives and maintain organized information systems |
